Hiscore patented technology abandons hemocytometer or plastic slides, which has been using in cell counting traditionally. The cutting-edge surface coated technology,  ensure  smooth injection and  easier  to  clean. Meanwhile, Halo counter could count four or eight cell samples. After wiping the sample surfaces with a dustless cloth, Halo counter is ready for the next count. The variable height chamber extends the accurate density range of samples.

Multiple magnification for different Cell size

Halo counter offer  4x and 10x objective to measure cell size from 1 to 400um. Under 10x , smaller cell can be detected, such as, Alage, E.coli.

Artificial Intelligence algorithms

Based on neural networks, Halo AI algorithms can offer more accurate cell division and viability analysis.

Intuitive user interface

Halo Counter instruments are stand-alone systems with intuitive user interface. It preinstalled with cell counting and viability apps for Bright field, Trypan blue, AO/PI, GFP, RFP, Alage, Yeast and E.coil Apps. They are easy to operate and run fast.

Compatible to different vessel

Opening sample stage can hold 6-well plate, Dish, T25 Flasks for cell identify.

Compliance Ready

Halo counter offers an optional suite of software controls that allow regulated GxP facilities to easily add it to their cell counting workflow. Optional IQ-OQ documentation is available.
