Izon’s qEV provides the most rapid and effective exosome/EV isolation system available. qEV columns are based on Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), a non-toxic method and are reusable. It takes around 15 minutes to get a pure sample of intact and functional vesicles, without beads attached, significantly purer than is possible by ultra-centrifugation (UC) or precipitation reagent kits. The resulting samples are consistent, standardizable and reproductible, which is required for both research and clinical testing. qEV is now the Gold Standard for exosome/EV isolation.

By using RNA extraction kit provided by iZon you can obtain higher quantity of RNA, enough for continue your research by 1-3 different methods (sequencing, co-culture, protein affinity, etc.).

High flexibility in choosing right qEVcolumn according sample volume, sample type and exosomes dimension range. Two isolation range are available for each column: 35-350nm and 70-1000nm.

• qEVsingle – < 150 µL sample loading volumes. Ideal for clinical samples, RT-PCR.
• qEVoriginal Gen 2 – < 500 µL sample loading volumes. Ideal for higher volume research.
