iZon reagents – IZON

The TRPS Reagent Kit is designed as part of a comprehensive measurement solution package for nano-biologicals, which includes qEV size exclusion chromatography (SEC) columns and TRPS. The kit is intended to be used in research laboratories by  professional personnel for research use only.

The TRPS reagent kit is relevant for the analysis of all sample types, and is particularly beneficial when working with biological samples: blood-derived samples (serum, plasma), saliva, urine, cell culture media, cerebrospinal fluid. Advantages of using the TRPS reagent kit are: reliable and consistent results, measurements on different nanopores are comparable and accurate, stable operation, reduces nonspecific binding of sample debris and biomolecules (such as free protein) to Nanopores, contaminant-free solutions, higher throughput. 

The qEV Concentration Kit is an all-in-one system for concentrating intact EVs isolated using qEV Isolation Columns in elution volumes of 600 µL to 20 mL. The kit does not require special equipment, does not use precipitation reagents or protease treatments, and the concentrated EVs can be used for compatible downstream applications including RNA extraction (PCR, RNA-seq), Western Blots or Mass Spectrometry.
